Works really well within our tight budget. The countertops came out pretty nice! Had great ideas on what we could use or find places with reasonably low costs of material. And he did our floor in the kitchen, still working within our budget. A real creative person!

Excellent work and very accommodating with our busy schedule. He’s like having a friend over to work on your home, but a professional also! Lastly, his prices are much better than fair, not trying to squeeze every dollar out of you or charge an absurdly high hourly rate like most companies.

Very easy to work with, and we’ve learned that’s not the case with most. Can’t go wrong working with Simon. He was expedient and very fair with pricing. We will definitely be keeping him on our list for whenever we need work done.

Simon has been by far the best handy man I have ever had. He has done so much work on my house and the quality of the work is incredible. He is truly something special and a must hire. His pricing is great as well.

I love my custom mosaic tile! I had a specific design in mind and seeing it come to reality has been fun. Simon was communicative and professional throughout the process.
